Wine & Cheese Pairing 101

The Tasting Class has teamed up with Jones the Grocer at The Dusit Thani Dubai to offer a monthly wine and cheese pairing event. Each month we’ll explore a new nation or theme of cheeses and perfectly matched wine pairings. This month it’s Wine & Cheese Pairing 101.  We will teach you teach you the tricks to pairing great cheese to classic wines that you can find in any good wine retailer in Dubai and the UAE. We’ll explain why the pairings work so well together and we’ll do it all through eating a drinking five classic wine and cheese combinations. Spaces are limited to 30 people so prepayment is strongly advised to secure your RSVP.
