Join us at BBs Social Dining, DIFC, as we delve into a Far East street food and wine pairing theme. Boa buns, katsu, yakitori and more all perfectly paired with some great wines. The Tasting Class and BBs’ Chef, Alex Stumpf, will share the stories of these famous dishes over a five-course tasting menu while showing you how to pair all that savoury umami flavour with wine.
This tasting experience will include 5 wines with a 5 course far east Asian street food tasting menu.
