Virtual Tasting – Sparkling 101

We’ve teamed up with A to Za’atar to deliver a series of fun, FREE, virtual tastings that you can join from the comfort of your own home. This event is called, ‘Sparkling 101’ (more details below).

Here’s what you need to know and do if you want to join.

The Tasting

We’ll cover the difference in flavour, price and production of your favourite types of bubbles. 

1. Cossetti Moscato d’Asti (80 AED). Alternative bottle: Any sparkling moscato or sparkling moscato d’Asti will work

2. Freixenet Cava (80 AED). Alternative bottle: Any cava / sparkling bottle from Spain

3. Villa Santi Prosecco VAldobiadenne (135 AED). Alternative bottle: AnyProsecco will work. However, we will talk about a Prosecco subregion called Valdobiadenne, so if you see one from there then pick that up. 

4. Tribaut Champagne (255 AED). Alternative bottle: Any Champagne will work. 

All the grapes have been sourced from MMI in Dubai and Spinneys in Abu Dhabi, who are offering a 10% discount off bubbles, grapes & spirits when you show this email in-store. However, if you’re already well-stocked, just grab a similar bottle (suggestions below), such as the same grape variety, and join in!
