Our Experience With Food Consultancy

Our food consultancy services are led by Canadian-born Pastry Chef Liz Stevenson, who cut her culinary teeth in Montreal in the early noughties. Perhaps best known for her time with contemporary Anatolian restaurant brand Rüya, she’s spent the past decade working between Dubai and London with some of the best names in the business – Gordon Ramsay, Dominique Ansel, Colin Clague, and Caprice Holdings, to name a few.

In her current position as Chief Foodie for The Tasting Class, Liz brings her expert knowledge of product and brand development to oversee both food consultancy and the development of food education programmes.
