Overview

This is an entry-level qualification providing a straightforward introduction to wine. It is a great course for those wanting to know about wine styles, grape varieties, food & wine pairing and correct service and storage of wines. The course includes tutored wine tastings and a food and wine matching exercise. (Note: It is not compulsory to take part in wine tasting which makes this level suitable for students who prefer not to drink alcohol but who still wish to obtain an internationally recognised wine qualification).
